Where are you located, and when are you open?
82 Newbury St, Peabody, MA 01960. Open Monday–Saturday 10 AM–6 PM and Sunday 10 AM–3 PM.
Can I pick my order up in store?
Yes — pickup at the Peabody store is always free. Pickup orders are usually ready in 2–4 business days, because some items come in from our suppliers. We'll email you the moment your order is ready.
Do you ship, and is shipping ever free?
Yes. Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and most products ship by parcel carrier. Standard parcel shipping is free on orders over $150 with code FREESHIP150 — some exclusions apply. Free shipping covers parcel orders only — full pallets, freight shipments, heavy growing media, and oversized or heavy items work differently (see below).
Can I get soil or coco delivered?
Single bags of soil and coco are local pickup or local delivery only — they're too heavy to ship fairly by parcel. Full pallets ship by freight anywhere in the continental US with an appointment delivery: $150 Northeast, $199 East, $249 Central, $299 West. Liftgate, limited-access, and residential options can be added at checkout. Please inspect your pallet before signing and note any damage on the delivery paperwork — tell us within 48 hours and we'll make it right.
I'm a commercial grower. Do you offer bulk or commercial pricing?
Yes. Commercial accounts get flat $150 pallet delivery (liftgate included), and if you send us a current invoice from your supplier, we'll try to beat it. Reach out through our Commercial page or call 978-278-5898 to set up an account.
Do you offer grow consulting?
Yes — on-site consulting across Massachusetts and New England, from room design to dialing in an existing grow. The first call is free: 978-278-5898.
What's your return policy?
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be in the same condition you received them, unused and in the original packaging, with your receipt or proof of purchase. Email info@GHHydro.com to start a return — returns go to 82 Newbury St, Peabody, MA 01960.
Do you sell seeds?
Yes — check the Seeds collection for our current lineup, including Massachusetts-bred genetics. Seeds ship like any other parcel order.
